The Sathya Sai Leadership Training Programme (SSLTP) is a unique opportunity to nurture the leadership qualities inherent within you through a structured Programme helping you to discover your true potential. Fundamentally, the programme prepares you for the most sacred of tasks – serving in the Sri Sathya Sai Service Organisation and becoming instruments of the Divine Mission.

The Programme draws inspiration from the eternal teachings of Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba with emphasis placed upon His ‘Mahavakya’ (Great Utterance) on leadership:

'TO BE : TO DO : TO SEE : TO TELL'

In October 1997, the Sathya Sai Leadership Programme was offered at the Lotus Feet and launched in 1998 as a direct implementation of the First World Youth Conference resolutions. The conference passed the resolution that every country should groom leaders to play an effective role in shaping the future of the Organisation. To date the UK has groomed 60 leaders through the SSLTP.
